A: The RSI and MACD lines are overbought/oversold technical indicators. They both measure the internal strength of a stocks movement. We like to see the RSI above 70 on daily charts for swing trades, and above 70 on weekly charts for position trades. MACD is more of a momentum measure, and uses two moving averages to genarate a signal.
